Overview

CardMiles is a personal finance utility that helps you track miles earned from credit card transactions. The app processes data entirely on your device.

Data Collection

CardMiles does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

All transaction data, card information, and spending history remain on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if iCloud sync is enabled).

What the App Processes

• Bank alert emails: Forwarded to the app via Apple Shortcuts automation that you configure. Email content is parsed on-device to extract transaction details (merchant name, amount, currency). The raw SMS content is not stored.
• Transaction data: Merchant name, amount, currency, date, and spending category are stored locally on your device.
• Card information: Your selected credit cards and their earning rates are stored locally.

Third-Party Services

CardMiles does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Notifications

CardMiles uses local notifications to help you categorize transactions. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device. All locally stored data will be removed.
